DMOS– Carroll is located on the campus of St. Anthony Hospital in Carroll, Iowa. Patients have street level access to the orthopaedic clinic in the north edition. Diagnostic services, surgery center and physical therapy services are available on the St. Anthony Hospital campus.

To DMOS Carroll
Take Highway 30 into Carroll (from either the east or west), turn south on Clark Street and continue south until you see St. Anthony Regional Hospital. DMOS is located in the farthest north building (directly north of the hospital's north entrance) in Suite 285. Parking is conveniently located near the building.
