To provide the highest quality and most cost-effective orthopaedic care, the physicians at DMOS employ the most experienced and highly-trained staff available. Each physician has a direct team of professional assisting them daily. This team consists of a secretary, a nurse or Physicians Assistant (PA), and a patient account representative. It is this physician’s team you will communicate with regularly while receiving your care at DMOS. The “team” promotes continuity in communication and personable service.
When contacting a specific secretary, please know if you are asked to leave a voice mail message your call will be returned by that secretary. Another secretary is not able to schedule your appointment or address your question for another physician.
The physicians are also assisted by x-ray technicians and orthopaedic cast technicians in the clinic. These professionals will complete your necessary x-rays and application and fitting of casts, splints and braces.
