Biography
Jace Modrell joined the physical therapy team at DMOS in November 2024. A native of Moville, IA, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Simpson College and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. He is also a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist and has a strong interest in sports medicine and athletic rehabilitation.
His treatment philosophy combines individualized education with hands-on care and prescriptive exercises. He aims to make physical therapy sessions enjoyable for his patients while also setting them up for long-term success after their care. For Jace, the most rewarding part of his job is building lasting relationships with patients and working together to achieve their goals.
When he's not treating patients, Jace enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, staying active through various forms of exercise and spending time with his family and friends.
